S.U.N.S.H.I.N.E, Penang

More on my vacation in Penang. This island is the Food Heaven for me. Too many choices and I barely satisfic with my choices, I want to try all of 'em so badly.

Morning

Macalister Street

Since I want to try most of the food, we decided to make different orders and we will share all the food. These are my first breakfast in Penang, after a long 4 hours of driving middle of the night. My butt was so numb and my big fat legs need a break.. I rushed to the nearest food centre after get myself out of the traffic jam along the federal highways.

A random kopitiam at Penang Street

We skipped the buffet breakfast provided by the hotel. This kopitiam just located next to the hotel we stayed. Cititel, one of the landmark of the Island.

Food served.

Guess he is way too excited. Vincent, what's wrong?

Asia Cafe, Penang Hill

Dimsums @ total RM7.40. Iced White Coffee @ RM1.60. Can you believe how cheap was that? These were part of the food we ordered. The rest I am not able to take photo 'cause the aroma of food make me starving.

Night

Gurney Drive, Penang.

A must-visit places. Up to 100 stalls with various choices of food. You should try the Penang Laksa, Luk-Luk as well as their penang-made oyster ommellate. Most of the food sells at RM5 and above, excluding the drinks. This fried oyster stall is run by an old couple. You will need to queue up before you get a plate of it.

Large.

The most popular oyster ommellate from Penang. I ate one large plate and also brought a small plate back to the hotel as my supper.

Camwhoring with food.

We had all our dinners at Gurney Drive. Just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Gurney Drive is located along the sea side. Cozy environment with gentle windblow. You can view a very nice night scene of Penang Bridge, The landmark of Malaysia.

Roslyn and Chee Sheng

My younger sister BFF. A sweet little brother. Much more taller but he is shy as well.

What a coincidence, he was there for a basketball match for university. Gave me a surprise when he called my name. I was thrilled because we had not meet each other for about 2 months, ever since he was away from Seremban for studies.
