Finally, we found the BEST HOUSE (in our hearts). Paid the down payment, now waiting for the CF. Construction still going on.

Luckily I'm KEPO enough. We were considering to purchase Symphony from Seremban 2 which costs RM 249,800. For us, it's slightly expensive, but after considered the location and the name of it, we think MAYBE the price is worth.

I KEPO and asked Jan to check out another locations and make a comparison.

Oh well. This house is bigger, and the MOST IMPORTANT is it is slightly cheaper about RM 20,000. The built up area is bigger and we have a high ceiling family hall!

I was so naive. Thought I paid it, and goyang kaki tunggu kunci. Blardy. I need to sign piles of agreement, loan and inspect the construction.
