Many things have to take as consideration when you're on the road. Moreover when you are in a car with passengers. Statistically, Malaysia always be one of the countries at the high ranking of car accident. What are the reasons? Because of uneven road surfaces or bad weathers wtf or we're just plainly being ignorance? Cut it shorts, most of the accidents occurred is because we tend to break the laws!

Most of the drivers are potential car racers wtf when their cars entered highway. Everyone thinks they are the King of road, every car has to be after them. We are lacking of patient and consideration, agree? Everyone seems rushing and out of time, gosh, I'm so worried about them not only because of possible car crashes, they might crash into my car any second if the distance is another inch closer.

I can say myself a careful driver, not saying that I don't speed at all, but I always take precaution and fully focus while I'm driving. Firstly, I'll put on the seat belt, never fail of doing it, I also ask my passengers to use the seat belt. Boyfriend tend to hide the seat belts of behind seat while I'll pull it out so that my passengers sitting behind can use it.

Secondly, I will never listen to songs using earphones. It's very dangerous and distracting. For me to fully control the situation, I meant the cars moving around my car, I need to keep my ears free from blasting music.

Thirdly, do you know what's the use of those mirrors attached inside and outside our cars? It's for you to have better views of the traffic! Must check it out constantly when you're driving. I look at my side mirrors not only when I want to cut the lane or take a turn, also when I'm driving on a straight road. Besides that, I never rely on my reverse-sensor. Before reverse the car, must assure that the pathway is clear. Moreover I have dogs chilling at the car porch. Please take notes especially you have kids at home.

We can't turn back the time. Some of you may judge whoever that you think is a careless and egoistic driver. Some of you also put the blame on what car they drove or whatsoever. (Spare my opinion) What car do you drive or the sizes of the vehicles do not contribute to accidents but your choice to disobey the laws. Frankly speaking I got terribly frustrated when the car in front is blocking my way while I'm on high speed driving, but at some point, when I cool down, I am grateful that the car had limited my speed that time. Or I won't be sitting in an air-conditioned room updating my blog. Angel sent from above perhaps?

Life can not be measured by the place you live, the car you drive. The thing that counts the day you die, is who you are, and what‘s inside. So tell the truth, don‘t ever lie integrity at any price. So guard it close, and live your life. May all the died victims rest in peace.

Be A Good Person But Dodgy One.

I know it may look like a random post, but as I encountered these all the time, as I worked as ones before, this post is not random after all. Before I elaborate more, I would like to know how many of you actually experienced this situation while salesperson approached you when you're having lunch or dinner in the food court, you can see most of the people being ignorance and simply say " NO I AM NOT INTERESTED" even before the salesperson get a chance to introduce his/her products?

I want to think of the bright side of sales role; Undeniably, apart from the quality of products, sales is a concept that bring profits to the company or individual. You sale, you earn. A company without sales, then probably they are in service line, agree?

Tell me have you ever been persuaded by a good salesman, did they listen to your requirements, being helpful in providing information, offering alternatives and being honest? Tell me more about it. Nowadays, sales can say is one of the job that require minimal requirement, many graduates join as ones, they are lacking of working experiences, resulting in lack of common courtesy and responsibility.

Spare my opinions in it, blame the incredibly annoying and ridiculous young salesperson. One of the day, I walked from Sg, Wang towards Times Square and I met this bunch of young people. They approached my sister obviously pursuing her to buy their products. As usual, I stopped them before my sister able to react. Tell me what you'll do when all of a sudden a bunch of strangers coming towards you on the street? One this guy introduced himself as a student doing a survey, all he needs is my signature on a sheet for assignment points. So I think why not, it's just a signature after all. I signed it without think twice. When I thought I am about to go, he blocked my way by showing me some terribly ugly and low quality mobile key chains. Quickly I know I am trapped. Funny thou. He said it's for charity but hell he can even tell me which organization he's working for; It is a free donation as what he claimed, so I said I wouldn't mind to donate RM1 if he gives me the key chain. He shakes his head showing disagreement, and told me that the minimum donation is RM10. RM20, RM40 or above. So unbelievable! It is definitely the ugliest and pricey key chain ever what I seen in my life.

I refused and firmly told him that I am not going to buy his products, I already sign on the sheets as what he asked me to do. I rejected him courteously, not to make myself look good, to be frank, I was annoyed and the best thing I can do that time was put a fake smile on my face, walk off without condemning this kid. And yeah, I've missed the funniest part. He asked for my name and age. He praised me that I look much younger than my age wtf and I have a nice handbag. What the hell it's a torn bag and I am gonna dispose it when I see a trash bin. Blind people.

Another case is about an insurance agent. One of my friends actually given my phone number to this agent without my knowing. I was upset because, apparently he is an irresponsible moron or plainly lack of common sense, can't he realize that giving out my number without acknowledge me is an act of abusing the trusts from me towards him?

Back to this agent now. It's an investment plan that introduced by her. First she showed an early draft of the plan, and talk about this early draft, she already assumed a sum of annual income of boyfriend, and showed us a demo draft, know what I mean? For those who signed for insurance/investment plan before, should be able to know what I meant. Commonly, the agent will gather relevant information about yourself, such as age and yearly income so that they personally can draft out a plan for you. This particular agent did not do this, only the demo sheets shown to us. After few meetings, she realized that boyfriend earned so much more than what she expected, she called us for a meeting, convincing us to top up the monthly payment to RM1000. I felt that she's an unreliable person as I know her history back in school, I want to avoid any misunderstandings, so I asked some pushy questions that time. She assured me that the monthly payment is RM1000 with no hidden charges. Boyfriend agreed so I am asked to fill in the form for him. The minutes boyfriend signed on the paper, she folded it and keep in her bag, dirty tricks revealed! She informed that we need to pay advance payments for two months, total up to RM3000 for the first payment. 5% government tax is mandatory and the final total amount is about 3150rm. If only boyfriend pay yearly, the tax can be reduced.

I disapprove her sales skills. Hence, I told her in the phone that I want to put the investment on-hold, the next morning. She rang boyfriend few times to urge him to make payments, she even told boyfriend that this plan is gonna terminated in the next few months. She thinks she is smarter but I am just simply smarter than her. I called a relative who works in the same company with her, but with much higher ranks than this agent, my relative told that it wasn't the government tax but management fees, advance payment is only for one month. And the most important information about this plan, she actually mislead me about it. Cut it short, it's a EPF investment link. She told me that the beneficiary can be the children or grandson. If I'm dead, my children can get the money, and if they are dead too, my grandchildren can withdraw all the money. Which I found out that it's so WRONG! The truth is grandparents can buy the plan for their grandchildren, grandparents themselves can be the beneficiary. The money can only withdraw by the beneficiary or the policy owner. Can you forgive the big mistake made by this agent? As far as I concerned, she's money-minded and not even bother to take the responsibility to make an early draft, provide proper information to a potential long-term customer. Her money-minded tricks and dishonesty resulting herself a bad name, obviously.

These moronic salesperson caused misconception of the public about all the salesperson. Sales is being pushy, sales is about deception, sales is about manipulation, sales is about boosting, sales is about this and that. If such salesperson make you think so, I apologize on behalf of good salesperson about it. If you still think these are the first things then you need to rethink about it.

I still believe we have honest salesperson out there. When comes to products information, if you find that this particular person unreliable and evasive, Google always be your best assistant / investigator wtf / friend. Trust yourself follow your heart when you feel uneasy about the salesperson or the products. If nobody offers alternative, you should give yourself options. So many different products out there, different companies for you to pick, why bother to keep your eye on one product only? Let it alone mobile phones, TVs, properties and laptops! * Clothes excluded from this stage, you want it, just buy it!*

Shopping Guide 101.

#1 : Gather all the relevant information from the internet, better if from forums. Mostly people talk real in forums, no? Look out for the prices, most importantly, the discounts and promotions. Some of the salesperson will not mentioned about free gifts or promotion packages due to the commission earnings.

#2 : Make sure your initial research come in handy. Know the basic about the products and must ask for further details; they might be able provide the pros and cons of the items, which is important so that you wouldn't not regret of buying it.

#3 : Be firm. Don't sway away by salesperson's words. Know what you really want and the necessity. On the other hand, you need to open up your heart and ears too. Spare some time and patient to listen to salesperson's opinions, perhaps what he said is what you really want all this while. But remember, stick on the products/ items you planned to buy. You might turn up buying a video cam instead of a camera because of the only one requirement you mentioned : Preferable a camera with video taking function; then the salesperson started to push the clearance video cam to earn better commissions.

#4 :  And again, repeating myself here, dishonest and dodgy salesperson are more than what you ever can imagine. Give yourself more options. Take the initiative to visit different shops, look out for different brands of product, you probably end up a happier smart buyer after visited 10 shops.

#5 : Don't rule by your impulsive urge of buying it. If there are better deals in the next few months, why rush it? Unless you need it urgently, it's your call anyways. Wait for the season-change or new product launching, you will be flattered by all the discounts and promotions I assured you. =)

#6 : Bring someone! Believe me it works on me all the time. Boyfriend will be by my side, he will ask for further details while I actually missed the important parts. Some time the decisive questions from him and answers from the salesperson either make me a buyer or walk off from the shop. Two brains better than one.

So what do you think, readers? I tend to disappoint most of the salesperson by asking so much questions as if I am going to buy it, but I would rather to make myself happy, agree?  The fact is by being a fussy customer, at some point it make me a smart consumer. Some might think I'm a demanding person, but I know I have the right to understand the products first before proceed to the cash counter. You too, everyone does got the right.

So if you want to be a smart consumer, improve your reject skills wtf, or start to learn how to be firm, understand your rights, eventually, you'll realize that you've become a better and smarter consumer. *cheers*

I Am Devoted Flea Terminator.

Greeting peeps! How was your Mother's Day celebration? I would love to know it if you are kind enough to share with me. *kidding* It's undeniable a merry merry day besides birthday for mummies, agree?

As the title written above, I am not going to post my Mother's Day Celebration entry, but the guide to free your dogs from flea. Everybody hates flea, isn't it?

But before that, I would like to share some of my experience how to keep your dogs flea-free. I am not a professional, not a vet but I'm just a dog lover like most of you out there. Alright so don't get me wrong.

So tell me what is FLEA? A blood-sucker and indeed a parasite! Suck your dog's blood and make babies like nobody's business wtf. To kill them ain't an easy job but definitely not a hard job as well. But to make your days easier, here are some tips you can avoid this flea-thing happens.

#1 : Clean the dog cage on daily basis. I do not have dog cages at home, so what I do is wash the floor in the morning and before sleep. On weekends, I will clean the floor using Dettol, preferable lavender flavor. By doing this, you can get rid from bacteria and baby insects. Examples larva, maggots and etc.

#2 : Must clean their paws, tail and head after walking them outside. Wash all the baby insects; Examples larva, maggots and etc out from your dog's body. If you find it too much hassle (using water wtf), alternatively, you can use the spray as shown below.

Ignore the disposable bowl. Look at the spray indeed.

#3 : Don't leave the dog food unattended. Make sure your dogs finish it and make sure clean their bowls.

These are the least you can do for your furkids besides vaccination and heart-guard medication, all of these are important yet easy steps to keep your dogs free from fleas and maggots.

So what should we do if our dogs have flea all over the body? Dump them on the street? Bring them to the clinic? You can't dump them but you got no money to bring them for treatment? Let me show you the easy way out.

#STEP ONE : A bowl of oil. Please ignore the brownish smudge, I used a disposable ais kacang bowl *grin*

# STEP TWO : My mom is going to kill me or I would blamed for wasting the cooking oil, so I used dish-washing liquid!

# STEP THREE : (Enough of nonsense) So next what you need it the two items as below. Scissors to cut the coat and the picker (?) to pick fleas. Bought it from the 100YEN shop, this two items only costs me RM9.80.

STEP FOUR : Sorry no photos shown as three of us (Boyfriend,Edward and me) were busy picking up fleas from Shadow, the Golden Retriever at home. All you need to do is, cut the fur, look for fleas, it's a spider-look-alike creature and it's in red color. Look out for those baby fleas too. Very tiny creature and you can just missed it.

BEWARE : Stomach fulls of sucked-blood and baby fleas. Just pick it up gently and drown them by stuck them in the bowl of oil. Now you know why I use dish-washing, it is because fleas definitely can't live without O2 inside the oil.

RESULT : My spine nearly KO, thighs numbed, and pants got dirty. Besides that, Shadow has new coat, I cut a mohawk style. Umm, and I am sinful for killing almost 1000++ fleas that evening. (the flea and the babies inside its stomach?)

Series Marathon is BACK!

My series marathon is back finally! I've been waiting for this glory moment since ages ago, to be specific, ever since I sent my previous laptop to service centre. Gosh I've been nagging boyfriend re-download the software or whatsoever so that I can have my series just a click right away! *Click! Download? Yes! Downloading* Apparently, he did not take the initiative to do it for me because the hard disk memory is down and he has more games to download. Never ending game downloading oh gosh I hate guys when it comes to gaming! On the other hand, I should be grateful that boyfriend plays computer games because it makes him a normal young guy, agree?

Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Season 10.

Gil Grissom is no longer in Season 10 and replaced by Dr. Raymond Langston. As what you seen in the picture above, Sarah Sidle is back in action! In this season, Nick is given promotion, he is much like being Catherine's Number 2.

CSI always my number One series, its pulse-pounding and mind-boggling and much jaw-dropping storyline never fail to satisfy my appetite. Viva CSI Las Vegas!

Gossip Girl Season 3

High school had passed, in this new season, your favorite characters enrolled into different colleges / universities.

At some point, Blair is such an adorable chic. I believe some of you hate her the most, she even labeled as witch/school bullies wtf. I can totally ignore her bitching acts or condemnation, I love the bonding between them, they disagreed with her but these never break their faiths in each other. Sincerely, I need people who can totally accept me for who I am and support me no matter what. =)

Gosh This Fitness Annoyed Me!

A short update about my dinner before I write about my bad experience in customer service :

I am not a big fan of Japanese food. Friends introduced Sakae Sushi last week, I find it interesting, obviously Sakae Sushi has more variety of foods compared to Sushi King, let it alone Yo! Sushi. Friends commented Yo! Sushi, I shall not share here publicly, in case. The price range and food quality of Sakae Sushi are satisfying and can say the best among the same standard of restaurant. This is the second visit to Sakae Sushi, the customer service is good and the staff are very attentive and most of them are courteous.

 I sincerely envy those who able to gain weight for a better body frame. I don't know why I can't, moreover I loss weight easily compared to gaining weights.

Few days ago, I went to a fitness centre located at the golden triangle, check out body-building package. A female staff attended me, she introduced most of the facilities provided. I had some health check before we sat down for further consultation regarding packages.

Firstly, she showed me a file with short introduction  and photos of the centre. After that, I am asked to fill in a form for record purpose. I started to get annoyed when she kept provoked me to sign up. I made myself clearly told her that I need to check out other fitness centres before making any decision. She disagreed wtf as if she is the payer. Maybe I seems like a difficult customer, she changed her strategy wtf she asked me to leave my credit card number. I lied that I don't have one. She asked if I can borrow from boyfriend or friends first, then I'll be given a due date, I can bring them over to validate the credit card usage. I found it very ridiculous, I told her FIRMLY that if her centre is the best among all the fitness, I will definitely sign up soon. Eventually, she gave up on forcing me, she handed me another form, said that it's a VIP temporary form. I reluctantly wrote my personal details, with my intention to entertain her needs so that I can go. She reviewed the form and saw me left the recommendation column blank. 

This is the worst part. She wanted me to write down any friend's or family's contact number, as usual, she told me it's just for record purpose. I refused but she kept pushing me to the edge. I was upset and interrupted :

No hard feeling please, I just think it's very irresponsible to provide their contact numbers to someone strange and unrelated. I can't provide any numbers to you even one, if they are interested, definitely they'll come and look for any staff here.  *end my sentence with a big smile*

I truly understand that she is just doing her job. Frankly speaking, I am strongly disagree with her unprofessional performance and customer service. This fitness can say is the biggest fitness centre in Malaysia, they have branches in Singapore and Taiwan, which mean they are actually making big money. I can't comment much on their facilities, but let me tell you that the packages are freaking expensive for a small green bean like me. I am not an uptown girl obviously, the price up to RM130,000.00++ for 2 person, includes the process fee and joining fee up to RM 1000 and monthly fees of RM235 or more, apparently they are targeting richer people. Furthermore, this hundred thousand package is a promotion package, one needs to be under 21. I don't know why joining fee can be so expensive, and process fee nearly RM400 per person, what is so hard to process few application or paper works? The most shocking and funny rule is, if you want to sign up this promotion package, you need to make one off payment, which mean no monthly installment AT ALL. Good job man. *sarcastic claps and fake smile*

Undoubtedly, they have good facilities. I did not have prejudice on this particular fitness, *If I am, then I wouldn't list them as my most favorable fitness centre* but seriously, it turn me down because of the staff who attended me. She called me last Friday to check out if I had checked out other fitness. It's not her mathafucking business, but I still told her courteously that I am not interested to join.

Gosh, she hardly understand English I guess. She kept asking for the reason and asked what other finesses had offered and made me change my mind. Gosh I never confirmed with her that I WILL join her fitness so I have no idea why she said : " Why you change your mind? "

Truly for Mom's Leisure.

A special day is around the corner. Ideally, I want to give her all the best in world. Practically, ironically I am not a millionaire, neither boyfriend. So, her children had several secret meetings, despite of some funny suggestions and arguments, finally we decided to bring her to experience luxury treatment as a token of appreciation in taking care of us more than 26 years. 

It was a surprise until we arrived there. I was worry that she won't like it, I eagerly want to see a big smile on her face when the staff leaded us to our spa room, Sarawak is the name of the room. 

 The Queen of my heart.

I as the best planner most suitable candidate in the family *always be*, had made an appointment with Jojoba Spa since last week for this special beautiful lady. After a family and friends outing to SPCA in the morning, boyfriend fetched all of us to Times Square. It was Labour Day yesterday and massive jam during our journey from Ikano Power Centre to SPCA, then Times Square. It took us almost an hour from SPCA Ampang to Times Square. How I wish I have a Hummer H1 and I can just roll over all the cars in front like Milo tins.

I'd chose Jojoba Ylang Ylang RM230++ for my mom. It's a 90 minutes spa treatment, includes Aromatic Mineral Salt (Jacuzzi), Lavender Body Shower, Ear Candle Treatment, Aromatherapy Body Massage and Aroma Eye Pillow Treatment.

A cup of ginger tea will be served after the treatment.

I decided to renovate the second bath room of my house and we are so gonna put one. I want one! It's not because I want it for my own leisure, if I have one at home, I will invite my best friends and siblings come over occasionally to utilize this home-spa.

I've taken the cheapest spa package @ RM180++ to accompany my mom in the spa room. I had a full body coffee scrub and gosh, it was so comfortable. Love the exotic ambiance and soft music. Had a 70 minutes treatment, jacuzzi facility isn't included. While waiting for mom in the jacuzzi room, it's a time for

If you have not try spa treatment before, these are things you may want to take notes :

1 : Must not feeling shy to naked. They will ask you to wear disposable panties only.

2 : You will step out from the fitting room with towel only, however, it will be taken away when you're lying on the bed. They will cover your body with a piece of thin batik.

3 : Bring an extra set of clothes, especially underwear.

4 : Without make up. Full body aromatherapy massage includes face massage.

5 : Must tell them if they apply too much of strength during massage. Must remember, you paid for it.

6 : Make sure the locker key always in your hand. Do not leave valuable things in the jacuzzi room.

7 : For personal hygiene purpose, favorable go for treatment during non-menstrual period.

8 : Hair dryer and towels are provided in the fitting room / bath room.

9 : Packages includes all the necessary items, the staff wouldn't promote new products during treatment. 

10 : ASK FOR DISCOUNTED / PROMOTION PACKAGE first at the counter before entering spa room.

Mommy has huge satisfaction and she likes this gift so much.

On top of that, we both are completely rejuvenated and refreshed, this is one of the special experience for both of us, for the daughter and the mother. 

My mission is partly accomplished, more to come *grin*
